Meet The People Walking Alongside You…

Becky Fleming

Clinical Counsellor

Becky (BA, MEd, CCC, ND) is a down-to-earth, feminist therapist that likes to think outside the box. She offers counselling services to individuals of all ages as well as couples/relationships. She provides some creative options for support, including Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Walk and Talk Therapy. She understands that a therapy couch can be healing for some, but is not everyone’s cup of tea!

Becky is passionate about supporting people who have experienced violence (sexual violence, gender based violence, intimate partner and family violence), people who have ADHD, and those who use alcohol/drugs. She believes in individual choice and harm reduction, and trusts that you know what is best for you- she’s simply there to support you along the way.

Becky is trained in the Gottman Method of relationship therapy, ACT for ADHD, and is a certified Walk and Talk therapist. Her approach blends narrative, solution-focused, and acceptance and commitment therapies.

Alexandra Gillett

As a parent of young children herself, Alex understands that family life can be both incredibly rewarding and challenging. She appreciates the many demands that come with raising a family and recognizes that every family’s journey is unique. Alex takes a person-centred, strengths-based approach to counselling, recognizing that every individual has their own story, strengths, and challenges. She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change and that finding the right therapist is an important part of the counselling journey. Her approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing on a variety of therapeutic modalities while prioritizing trust, empathy, and collaboration.
